Steve’s journey from hospital operations to construction management is a testament to his versatility and passion for creating environments that support the well-being of others. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Steve has held pivotal roles that shaped the
way hospitals and healthcare facilities operate.
Starting his career in supply chain management and in hospital operations, Steve developed a keen understanding of the intricate details that keep an organization running smoothly. His transition to healthcare project construction management was driven by a desire to broaden his impact, allowing him to oversee projects that ranged from modest renovations to multimillion-dollar developments.
Throughout his career, Steve has thrived on the opportunity to work with diverse groups of people, from board members to frontline workers. His ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels has been instrumental in successfully managing projects. His philosophy is rooted in empathy and collaboration. This people-centric approach, combined with his deep operational expertise, makes him an invaluable asset at Halyard LLC, where he now serves as Senior Project Manager.
