When we created Halyard, we wanted to build a place where we could be the ones to define how we would work and how our clients should be treated. We wanted to use our collective experiences to constantly challenge and shape our processes and standards. Our team members are some of the best people I know — they are driven, committed, fun, witty, respectful, and just overall incredible human beings. My goal is to ensure we are providing them with a safe, respectful, and rewarding place to work. We vow to always put our best foot forward to nurture our employees so they can continue to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Our ability to form strong, lifelong relationships beyond the limits of a specific project is a true reflection of that, and it’s why I am so privileged to work here every day.
