Developed bid documents and assisted client’s procurement group with purchase of CM services.
Provided oversight of the architect and construction manager from inception through move-in.
Managed procurement and installation of FF&E.
Assisted with coordination with client’s internal AV and IT group’s integration with the build.
Continued to work post construction with maintenance and operations to assist in the day-to-day function of the building.
