Jennifer Dunigan, Managing Director at Halyard LLC, is a self-professed organizational geek who thrives in the world of spreadsheets and Microsoft lists. Known affectionately as the “Spreadsheet Queen,” she ensures everything is exactly where it needs to be and that both Halyard’s team members and clients have what they need to succeed. In fact, she’s so dedicated to her craft that she even maintains a spreadsheet for her family Christmas card list.

Jennifer’s love for organization traces back to her early career in facilities management, where she served as the glue holding everything together and the catalyst driving progress. Over the course of 15 years, she developed a sharp eye for operational efficiency and honed her ability to overcome resistance to change. Jennifer has overseen the maintenance and operations of 180 buildings across the tri-state area, managed preventive maintenance programs for a variety of facilities, and worked closely with Environmental Health & Safety teams to address safety concerns.

At Halyard, Jennifer embraces the opportunity to explore new ideas, offer input, and contribute to the company’s success through multiple roles. “Until now, I’ve always been in the corporate world, doing things a certain way,” she reflects. “At Halyard, we’re able to experiment with new ideas, and I can offer my thoughts on how we implement them. The best part about our team is that we all work together with complementary skills—it’s not just a group of individuals, but a truly cohesive team. And at the end of the day, it’s so rewarding to know the work you put in benefits both the client and yourself.”

In addition to managing billing, HR, marketing, and other back-office functions, Jennifer believes the secret to success lies in her ability to adapt her communication skills to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders. For her, the true reward is in supporting clients behind the scenes and seeing their success, knowing her efforts played a crucial role.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys playing the piano—a passion she’s had since age 7. “Most people are surprised when I tell them I play,” she admits. “But it’s a real stress reliever for me, so I try to play every day.” She also enjoys cooking, gardening, playing squash, and indulging in her lifelong love of languages. Although she holds a degree in German from her time living and studying in Augsburg, Germany, she laughs, “I usually don’t tell people about it because I’m afraid they’ll ask me to speak it!”

Jennifer’s dedication to learning, adapting, and staying organized makes her an invaluable asset to Halyard. Her ability to balance spreadsheets, team dynamics, and client needs ensures that both the company and its clients thrive under her careful management.
