Starting his career in supply chain management, Steve developed a keen understanding of the intricate details that keep an organization running smoothly. His transition to healthcare project construction management was driven by a desire to broaden his impact, allowing him to oversee projects that ranged from modest renovations to multimillion-dollar developments.
Throughout his career, Steve has thrived on the opportunity to work with diverse groups of people, from board members to frontline workers. His ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels has been instrumental in successfully managing projects at institutions like Penn Medicine. His philosophy is rooted in empathy and collaboration, always asking, “How can I add value and positively influence my team members and constituents?” This people-centric approach, combined with his deep operational expertise, makes him an invaluable asset at Halyard LLC, where he now serves as Senior Project Manager.
At Halyard, Steve leverages the relationships he has nurtured over the years to guide clients through complex projects. Steve’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Managerial Economics from Widener University and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Services. He also holds an MS in Organizational Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.
Outside of work, Steve maintains a balance through physical fitness and volunteering. He finds fulfillment in helping others navigate health insurance and Medicare, volunteering his time to AARP. This dedication to service, both in and out of the office, highlights Steve’s approach to leadership—one that is driven by kindness, respect, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
